Our Story

Ayenda, meaning future in Dari, is an initiative of Kardan University. We believe that job creation, especially for young Afghans, is fundamental to securing Afghanistan's future. We are a team of professionals dedicated to connecting great students and alumni with great organizations across Afghanistan.

Our team brings expertise and passion in technology, research, mentorship, counseling, skills training, youth empowerment, economic development, and leadership. We are committed to creating a prosperous future for all Afghans - one talent at a time.

Our Approach

We collaborate with organizations to assess and respond to their talent acquisition needs through a wide range of targeted solutions, including career counseling, headhunting, pre-employment training, skills training, and more.
